Horrible poor service

I claimed a month ago in October 2025 and they have not paid my claim, yet they were deducting successfully every month since I joined them.. Klaas the owner keeps on telling me that he will give me feedback but I am not getting feedback. I am frustrated because I had to loan money to bury my loved one but I had a funeral cover. I am disappointed. if I could rate a negative I would rate them. horrible service.
