Bad service and refund not done.

They are very bad, and their admin is bad. I wanted my daughter to do RE through their services, I paid them in January. To-date they have no class, I requested refund now in April, they advised that it will be done in 7 days, now its more than 10 days. When I send a message to remind them about the refund, They tell me that I am "persuasive unnecessarily. and i become an nuisance".
