Shocking service

Busy wood was paid in Full in November to refurbish my floors. He advised he would be using a superior quality product that dries in 2-4 hours and i would be able to move into my new home in 48 hours as scheduled. The floors were not dry and all the varnish has now come off making my floors look even worse then when he started . He has not come back to fix the damage and is rude and arrogant passing the buck to me telling me its my fault as i should have known better.<br> <br> Pathetic service from the supplier. Will never deal with him again.
