RUDE AND UNPROFESSIONAL CUSTOMER SERVICE

<p>On 13 July e2017 I inquired about wood slice underplates from Elizabeth le Roux, owner of Busy Lizzy Creations and whether she had them in stock or if I'd have to wait 21 days, as I found her email unclear.<br />Her reply of "Wood is cut as I get the order. I don't keep them laying around. Orders do take 21 working days to complete" was not appreciated.<br />Very unprofessional and disappointing indeed.</p>
