Sad news for knitters

It is with great disappointment that I write this letter today about a supplier that I have been supporting for years only to realise that taking my money was great, but when I needed a HELPING hand it was withdrawn with the words \sorry we are too busy to help you"<br> <br> I was knitting a jersey for my granddaughter when I came to a part in the pattern which I did not quite understand. I carried on knitting to try and figure this out - but to no avail"
