waist of time

called in on the 29/01/2015 to request a repair my tv i explained that the time collected needs to be the afternoon as per driver he said no problem the next day still no pick up on tv. called in the driver then claims he was there and no one answered complete bull. On the 30/01/2015 called back then was advised after lunch the tv will be picked up yet again no one came out called the company spoke to manager instead of assisting he stated no if i pay 50 rand then the driver can come out this is ******* and on there add on the net they say free pick up and delivery. i refused to made a **** and this place should be closed down with there ****py service.
