Refusing to assist

I took my Tv for repairs, which they just had to replace the backlights on my tv. I went there several times to check as i had to drive for 100km to check for progress. It went as gar as three years with no progress ,each time I was told they cannot find the backlights. I went back in 2023 to collect my tv ,since they could not fix it. Upon collecting my tv the screen was damaged and the back of the rv had dents, the supporting legs for the TV was also changed. .The tv was a LG 55inch was purchased at DION stores. The owner of the store(TV CORNER) told me he will replace the tv and I must pay him for the TV hence my tv was the one suffered damage in his store.
