Threatened by a teller

I went to purchase flu mix and when I got to the teller I told her I would put my own card in. So the teller got upset and told me to continue operating the speed point machine. She continued to address me in her home language which I do not understand . I called for them manager and when she saw me coming with him to her till she threatened to beat me up. I asked the manager what he was going to do about the situation and he just said "sorry" look around for higher management. He didn't even ask the teller to apologize to me.
