Rude employees

Yesterday I took my 3 months old baby for his 14 weeks immunisation and I got helped by one of the rude sisters. She was preparing the injections for him and I guess I was wrong by asking her if she’s gonna weigh him, the lady just snapped at me and raised her voice in anger and started telling me that ofcourse shes gonna weigh the baby how can she not weigh him and what do I expect? She literally told me of how unnecessary my question was and how impatient I am. I told her that I didn’t know and I was only asking so that in the meantime I can undress the baby. To cut the story, I expected her to be more professional and give me the necessary answer for my question than to talk to me like an illiterate child. We leave public facilities to private to avoid such situations. I was deeply disturbed and hurt by the kind of a behaviour and I hope these kind of situations get resolved.
