Poor quality lamb

I just want to express my dissapoiment with Busy corner online butcher. i ordered 2to 3 whole lambs in December and the quality was fine .lean fat and cut perfectly .In January i ordered another whole lamb and was very disappointed .The meat was very fatty and cut very thin.From the quality and quantityi could see this must have been a very thin small lamb and i paid R1800 for it.i just felt it was a waste of my money.
