Cleaning service

The initial contact and response was good. The job that was done by the cleaning company was a really bad job. The work was done on the 5th March 2016, I contacted Kurt on the same day and his wife Crystal and only once did he phone me back(on the 9th March) and promised to resolve the problem. There are no reply to my texts either. If they call themselves professionals why the lack of after sales service? I myself can do a better cleaning and ironing job, but I have a full time job so I just don't have the time. Do people imagine themselves that they know how to clean and iron? I have sent me Kurt a text with all the things that were NOT done. R545 later for a domestic service that I cannot call a service at all! You would think they were doing me a favour? Shame on them.If I don't get any job on Hello Peter my next step will be to go to The Consumer Protection Walk-In center.
