Extremely Dissatisfied

I previously bought 2 items in October 2023 in store, which I was very happy about. I wore them for a year, still in good condition. I then bought another 2 items last year, September 2024. By December, 2 months after purchase, one of the bras was already damaged and not wearable. On 2 December I filed a complaint with them where they told me there’s nothing they can do, I need to find a tailor at my expense to fix it for me as theirs was busy or courier it back to them. This is after I spent R1500 for this bra. I’m very disappointed with their service because now I can’t trust them with my money!
