Lesson Learnt ... dont deal with shady businesses.

I had a most unpleasant experience with Mr Bussey. The Whirley roof extractor he supp**** me was faulty and I could for the life of me not get him to assist me to get it swopped out and had to endure 2 days of insults and accusations why it was not the unit but my fault. I finally managed to discover the supplier myself who politely swopped out the faulty unit without drama. Mr Bussey really has the worst after sales service and attitude that I have ever encountered.
