Buskes motors - Don't trust or use them

Bought a 2016 VW UP, above retail value as my insurance informed me. Promised car was in tip tp condition. Not so. On request of service hisory and spare keys - none available. Aircon and cigarette lighter (for cellphone) doesn't work. Had to take car back to fix. I had to organize own finance and insurance during my job working hours which was extremely stressfull. Loan car has steering unlocking issues. Shockingly bad service. Mit-mak and McCarthy still the best.
