Beware of BusinessNeeds Online: Takes Payment, Delivers NothingSave your time and money and avoid BusinessNeeds Online. I paid them upfront, and they completely failed to deliver the services promised. I have been fighting for a refund for two weeks now. All I get from their support team is "promise after promise," but no actual money back or proof of transfer

Refusal of transfering business profile
I used this service to register my company through CIPC. I am unable to access my company profile because it is linked to their contact details I cannot access. I requested assistance to update the details so I can regain control of my business, but the company is refusing to assist or provide the information needed to resolve the issue.

Appaling Service
Registered my business with the incorrect details for the Directors. When I inquired about this the administrator assisted in releasing my CIPC account to me, with use of the customer code that detaches it from BusinessNeeds Online so that I have full access to my CIPC account. When I followed the same instructions received from BusinessOnline Needs for the other director's details that were incorrect I was told to contact the CIPC directly. When I asked what had changed because less than a week prior I was assisted, the administrator became extremely rude and unprofessional. I would not recommend their services to anyone. They are quick to take your money, but once they have to rectify their mistakes will show you elsewhere.
