Be careful when doing business with this company

The heath train visited Postmasburg at the end of July 2017 and a company called Business Zone Investments from Kimberley booked 9 people to stay 2 weeks at our overnight facility. They where very professional, even sent people the day before to inspect the rooms. All my documentation had a heading PLEASE NOTE where it stated that we have a pay before you stay policy. So on the Saturday the guy said he was going to swipe the Sunday when the people arrive. On the Sunday he said his boss will make EFT on Monday. On the Monday the asked for a final invoice. On the Tuesday I sent the boss a SMS regarding payment. She rep**** that she was not in her office but will get back to me. On the Wednesday I phoned her regarding the payment to which she responded that they can not pay me as Transnet has to pay me, although I feel that they made the booking and was responsible for the payment. She was going to find out and get back to me. On the Friday morning I phoned again and was informed that they will get back to me. At this stage I had already spent R150.00 per person per day on breakfast and dinner. So that afternoon I sent them an e-mail, informing them that I will not be able to help them for the second week as there is still no payment and they never get back to you. Due the amount they owe me I had no choice but to go to an attorney, hoping I'll eventually get my money from them. Please make sure to get paid by them before rendering any services to them.
