BSO (Business Solutions Online) Pathetic Company - No urgency

On the 7th June 2019 my husband was forced to resign at a company named RJ Agencies T/a DHL Express. All the necessary documents was submitted to the company Business Solutions Online, Estelle van Niekerk who had to hand the documents over to the Bargaining Council. On the 2nd July a follow up was done to the Bargaining Council regarding his payment. He was then informed that this lady Estelle van Niekerk have only submitted the documents to them on the 31st July! We have send various of emails daily to this lady and until now nothing received from her in writing that his documents was submitted in order for him to receive his payout on his outstanding monies. This lady is the middle point of RJ Agencies and the Bargaining Council and she just has urgency in getting his documents submitted. And then she advised that she is waiting on the Bargaining Council whereby SHE is the one delaying the submission of his documents. Therefore I would like the Bargaining Council to look into this matter.
