HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE

Doing business with “BUSINESS PILLARS ENTERPRISE” has been such a detestable experience, I gave them a tender to re-do my small kitchen after my sister saw their add on social medial, I googled them and I also found the boss “TAKUDWA MBERI” on linked in which gave me assurance that they are legit. Please be careful, they always push that you be forward with payments, they charged me R51000.00 for the job and I paid them R6000 deposit for material 0n the 18/05/20 because I was told they are on special. I then paid R35000.00 on the 23/06/20. They took two weeks with no delivery nothing, then they came and remove my old kitchen and put a structure, and they disappeared for another 3 weeks saying they are “cutting” the colour boards. And they demanded payment again which I paid R6000.00 on the 15/07/20 then still they didn’t show up. After few days they delivered the boards. And again I had to add R2800.00 because they were not giving me the kitchen top I wanted. At this point I have a balance of R4000.00 which is nothing. Today is the 18/08/2020 and my kitchen is still incomplete, I have boards which are not edged, cupboards without shelves, doors are skew and scratched, their cupboards are movable, some cupboards you see inside while they are closed and some are not opening properly. i have showed them all these things and nothing has been done. For them to come to work you have to shout them, they are always in a rush, workers always complain that the boss is not paying them. This company charges fix and supply but you will buy your own material for plumbing and electrician, they will leave your kitchen with no tiles where they removed your tiles. The level of competence is very low, do not be sold dreams by the videos they sent you, that has not been my reality. I regret having to do business with them. If you want peace of mind walk away. They didn’t give me what we agreed on, there are lots of changes in my design because they didn’t know how to do it. You have to be there for things to be done correctly, that’s how *********** they are. Please take it from me, do not employ this company.
