WASTE OF TIME

What a frustrating experience! Our team has been diligently working with Business Partners since January 2024, providing them with all the necessary financials, comprehensive business plans, and required documentation. In April, we were thrilled to receive a letter of intent, indicating that we were preapproved. We continued through the process, reviewing the property purchase price and even receiving a new letter of intent in June. All signs pointed towards a successful partnership.

As we neared the final steps of the property purchase, we took the initiative to cover the cost of the property sworn valuation report, as there were delays in their arrangements. Unfortunately, after a month, we were blindsided by the news that they were unable to assist us with funding. It's incredibly disheartening that this information wasn't communicated to us seven months ago, before we embarked on this lengthy process. We had already achieved a turnover of over R7 million from January to July, and we were more than willing to meet their expectations.

This entire ordeal has not only wasted our time but also impacted the property owner. We are deeply disappointed by the unprofessional service we've received from Business Partners. Given our negative experience, we cannot recommend them to anyone else.
