Rather just avoid these guys!

Be very careful of dealing with this company. They send you a letter of intent which is so vastly different from what they finally offer that its a joke.

They take 3 times longer than they promise, continuously miss their own deadlines, and never bother to provide the updates that they promise. by the time you finally receive your confirmation letter you are virtually in breach of your purchase agreement and are forced to sign with them.

What they offered me was nothing short of a recipe for financial ruin.

My initial letter of intent proposed prime +1%, the final offer was at prime +3.5% As well as almost R**** in royalties on a R935k building.

They then offer to re-negotiate, Take another two weeks and come back with an equally absurd offer.

Just save yourself a whole host of issues and stay away!
