Poor service

<p>I submited a claim to Busi Kunene on the 18th July 2016 and have still not received any feedback after countless calls to try and get a hold of her as well as emails. I am very unsatisfied with the level of service recieved and the lack of urgency on her part. Your SLA says i should have a response within 48 hours its now passed that turn around time and your call centre is as useless as one holds on for hours before getting help. I am very dissatissfied ...please get your act together i pay for service but i dont get attention i deserve.</p>
