Business Directory ****mers

In May 2014 I placed my business adverti*****t with business directory. I had to pay for my adverti*****t before it was placed. Every year it had to be renewed and paid for the years renewal. I never renewed my adverti*****t again. All of a sudden since last year I received my old invoice of 2014 again stating a balance of 0 and that I must pay R2200, 9 years later?? I emailed them stating I have the proof of payment for 2014 and that they need to send me a proof of business conducted after 2014 whether verbal or written and they can not provide me with this!!! And also the invoice is stating 0 but in the email field they are demanding payment for invoice. Now all of a sudden they are sending me the same invoice number with a date of 13/06/2023 stating I owe them R2300. Phoning them is pointless as I have done this more than 10 times and then the phone just goes dead. It looks like it is ****mers that stole client information and is now trying to make something. I have requested they phone me back because I cant reach them and nobody phones you back, they just keep sending legal threats and false invoices. How can I get these ****mers to stop!!! Also the business search for them last year showed the business is inactive!!
