Withholding Monies without Consent.

I know newspaper companies are slowly going out of business, but keeping people’s monies without their permission is downright *********.

In December, I tried Business Live trial and canceled it after almost a month because I wasn’t it. However, they ran the debit. I then called their contact centre and spoke with a lady called Pragashnie Naidoo who asked me to send me an email and later confirmed that I will be refund within 4 weeks, that was on 10 January 2021. It’s over two months now and I still have not received my money.

Please give me my money back.
