if i did not do a bank limit there should be no limit, and i should be able to get my money regardless

i have had problems in my life, but not like this business account, today i went to the bank to try and get access to the money sent by a client to do a project, that involved preparing walls for 12 artists, and to my surprise i could not get the money, because they had no business banker at the bank like it should be my problem, plus my card was active, and had R14 950 that I couldn't get even R50 for transport, cabanga because of a daily limit that could not be fixed at the bank, I had to be on the phone for hours, as I was to decide if I want to continue with this business bank or go to the standard bank, then the lady on the phone emailed me a document that I signed even now I to wait, I'm not happy with this simpler banking thing it's not simple at all, what about the old africans that can't even read nor use the new smartphone, the bank tellers don't even know how to help they themselves don't know anything about this new capitec business bank
