CUTTING CORNERS / DAMAGE CAUSED / CONTRACT BREACH

1. Your staff hacked a tree that we did not discuss being cut and have destroyed it.<br> 2. Your staff under your instruction were doing work without any safety equipment and that work placed them at risk.<br> 3. Your supervisor behaved in an aggressive, inappropriate and threatening manner towards me and as a result you had to remove him from my property. <br> 4. The tree felling work that was done was not that of a professional company at all and the end result is disgusting. <br> 5. You expected your staff to risk their safety and when they refused you were unable to continue with the job. <br> 6. Your 50% deposit payment was made into the bank account that you gave. The money has been transferred out of my account. Your bank cannot trace the funds which is a problem between you and your bank. You then went to my bank (Std Bank) and requested that they give you access to information about my bank account. Really?<br> 7. You have my mobile number on the quotation and on my business card but you text a message to a temp who works in my office? Really?<br> 8. I hereby reserve all my rights to take this matter further in terms of damages caused by you and breach of contract. <br> VERY VERY UNPROFESSIONAL!
