Bushveld Tree Fellers / East Rand Tree Fellers – Unprofessional service – watch out!

<p>In contacting Bushveld Tree Fellers, Gideon van der Merwe, came out to site to do a quotation for some trees that we require to remove. We received a quotation from another company, which Gideon insisted we send through to him so that he can match the quote we have already received. After receiving two quotes from Gideon, we presented the costs to other stakeholders and it was accepted. A few hours after acceptance we received a call from Gideon to say that he has made a mistake on the quotation. He then sent us a revised quotation for around 250% more than the original price quoted. His excuse was that he had flu. To think that a reputable tree feller comes through and quotes without taking a proper look at what the job entails is unprofessional to say the least.</p>
