No delivery was made

I was looking for live stock online last week so I found a bushveld Sangiro poultry farm selling live stock that I am looking for for a reasonable price, I contacted them and we spoke on watsap to conclude our purchase. I ordered a female goat for 2200 and 3 white chickens for R100 plus transport for 270..they sent me banking details and I deposited R2780 then sent them my proof of payment they watsaped me back saying they hav received the payment the delivery will be made on Saturday morning as I requested. On Saturday morning I watsaped them they told me the delivery will be made in the afternoon,I waited until 4pm I watsaped them again they told me the delivery is almost here in less than 10 min..after 20min I called them they were hanging up my call until they blocked my numbers on watsap and when I call them, since I never heard from them, they took my money but no delivery was made.I want my money back
