Product quality very poor

i ordered a bushtec campchair from take a lot in december, it arrived on the 5th. the frame is so nice and strong. i was so happy thinking this us an excellent quality chair and will last me years. i did not use it until the end of the month. on the second day of using it the material on the handle started coming loose. i am very disappointed because i paid more for a camping chair thinking it will last longer. The camping chair i previously bought, which was half the price , lasted me 3 years before it started breaking. i am disappointed as i emailed bushtec 3 times and i still did not get a response. when i call it gets cut and can never reach anyone. i would appreciate if bushtec can contact me so that we can take this forward. thank you so much
