Shocking response from Bushmans Valley on cancelation due to Covid and sick child

After a huge fight with booking a weekend away on Safarinow, and fighting about a refund, the owner Johan Nel from Bushmans Valley also had his 2cents to say, I must say, very rude way of treating potential guests.

Even though we paid extra to qualify for a refund should anything come up, and it did, we were just told no refund, not even attempt to accommodate on another date, or part refund. I completely understand the industry has been hit hard with current pandemic, but should one not now be even more accommodating to gain clientele? Surely not in this case with Bushmans Valley

We will never visit this venue due to the ill manner of email sent after us being forced to cancel booking, due to various factors.
