Still awaiting my refund

This resort is a nice place but management are not accountable. I had booked a spa through their agents First Resort and called before going there to find out how to book. The receptionist told me to come to the resort and I can speak to the people at the spa. When I got there they tell me the spa was fully booked the entire weekend. the Manager Charmaine was suppose to follow up for my refund but as you can see form my e-mails below she has not rep**** to date.

I would like to lodge a formal complaint for the manner in which this entire refund request is being handled.

I refer to our conversation over the weekend regarding a refund for the couples massages which we were unable to redeem due to the spa being fully booked.

Please can you advise as to when the refund will be processed and confirm the amount.

I have copied Cleopatra from First Group as I had booked through them.
