Not good at all

I traveled all the way from Durban to them to enquire about the wedding venue the manager made us wait over an hour before helping us then **** to us saying they dont do weddings at pushes us on to another venue saying that the venue is still part of them she took our details and told us they will call us in the week I waited 2 weeks no one called I called them the reception said the manager will call us and again they did not for 2week my wife called again and the said they do do wedding and the manager **** to us
