BUSHFELLOWS GAME LODGE!!!!********** SHADY

I am a travel agency I booked my client at Bushfellows Game Lodge in Groblersdal I got the invoice from them when I amde the booking I spoke to KD I made the booking called to confirm that they received the proof of payment. The day my client checked in he was told that there is no payment for the booking and the client had to pay again . I called and KB was rude telling me that its not their fault and that am not getting refunded or an apology he wouldnt le me speak to the manager and the manger Mandy Le Roux I tried emailing her no response DONT EVER BOOK WITH BUSHFELLOWS GAME LODGE !!!!!
