Cannot recommend Bushell plumbing from Ballito

In the middle of July I contacted Bushell Plumbing, ie Gordon, to fix a leaking pipe and reseal the bathtub with silicone in the main house. This was the second time I have been using him. The first time was in June for fixing a toilet in the granny flat. I had to nag him to get the invoice for July, which I eventually received on 28th July. On the 16th August I sent him pictures of the silicone peeling off the bathtub via whatsapp. Since then I have tried to get hold of him via whatsapp, phone calls with left messages (8 calls) and email (30 August). No replies. I then got the tenant to phone him. No reply (he had that phone number too). We suspected that he deliberately ignored both our attempts to contact him. The tenant then used a different phone number and got hold of him on the 15 September. He promised to phone me. It is now the 27 Sept and he hasn't phoned. I have phoned him again since. That same day (15th Sept) I checked on the fixed pipe and saw that it was still dripping. I had 2 handyman/plumbers coming in commenting that the job done by Bushell plumping was not acceptable. I am still trying to get hold of him (27th Sept). I cannot recommend Bushell plumping.
