10% of your profit requested on payment

<p>I have rendered a service to the Bushbuckridge local municipality. Six weeks down the line, my invoice has not been paid as yet. I learned that at payments are held back so that you can come and complain, that's when they will request a 10% from your profit, just to release the payment due on your invoice. Municipal workers are milking service providers. </p> <p> </p>
