We arrived at Bushbuck Hills yesterday. There is only one word for the place, DISGUSTING. Reception house to collect key, DISGUSTING and filthy with dog faecese everywhere.

Arriving at Blesbuck cottage, DISGUSTING.

Grass green pool that had not been attended to for a very long time, floating dead insects and a scorpion. The patio was filthy. The house unaired or swept and dusted for a very long time. Curtains hanging on a few hooks with dead insects everywhere. The taps all loose, the toilets did not flush properly- the list is endless. We walked straight out without unpacking and drove back to reception to give the key back and tell the owner the place was a absolutely shocking. All he said was OK and we drove straight home.

For any of the online booking agencies to represent this place is unthinkable. Taking people’s money and false advertising.

Safari now have not bothered to reply to my calls or email. I should be refunded due to total blatant false advertising. There were no other guests there. Does that not clearly ring warning bells?

I did not expect a reply to my email from the likes of the owners.... everything about the place proves they operate under false pretenses. .
