False Advertising

I reached out to Bush Lodge Properties to enquire about accommodation at Mabalingwe Nature Reserve to surprise my husband for his 35th birthday. I requested from an agent (Lizelle Bester) at Bush Lodge Propertied to send me a list of units that are within radius of each other that can accommodate 20 adults (10 couples) and a few children. She sent me information about a 5x en-suite unit (Leopards Rest) including another unit. On the day of arrival, Lizelle Bester contacted me to inform me that Leopards rest is a 4x en-suite. She falsely advertised the 5x en-suite, after paying a SUBSTANTIAL amount of money, my husband and I had to sleep in a loft with the children for his birthday weekend, wow, what a surprise for my husband. I'm highly disappointed, what was advertise is not what I received.
