Failure to provide facilities, refund refused

We booked a property called Bush Haven in Mabalingwe for a 2 night weekend through Bush Lodge Properties. It is a luxurious and expensive house -- about R9000 in total for a weekend. It turned out 2 out of 3 bathrooms had no hot water and were unusable. As one room was outside, we had to traipse half-naked through heavy rain to get to a single en suite bathroom shared by all the adults and a baby. We notified Bush Lodge Properties early Sat morning and they then fixed the issue early on Sat evening. Even so, we had only 1 out of 3 bathrooms available for the majority of our stay. Additionally, it rained heavily and leaks sprung in various places -- we had to lug around heavy furniture to prevent damage and spread around vessels to catch the water. Bush Lodge Properties, despite having failed to test the hot water before our vsit and despite being legally responsible, are simply refusing to repay any part of the money we paid for facilities they failed to provide.
