Terrifying experience for kids at Bush Inn Springs

Owner seems to dislike kids so if you have are a family do not even think of going to stable inn owner is disrespectful and before checking visitors payments accuses a person of being dishonest and then wants to talk after talking to you like you are **** and not aplogising after payment proof was shown no, rules given and not being told you have to pay extra to swim in indoor pools on a public holiday even if you paid to camp there he yells at your kids making them terrified of going outside for picking up a flower assuming they picked it not keeping in mind the ponies pull them out to yell at kids that is not yours is unacceptable sure if they are wrong explain it appropriately and to have witnesses that saw the flower was pickedup from the ground he assumes cos it is a 5 year old that he picked it. this was a horrble experience and everyone felt humiliated and disgraced by this owner he might own the property but should not open it to public if he wants to treat paying customers like this.
