Totally disgusted

Imy child has attended bush baby since january up until April this year we have been forced to change her creche as she continued to get sick all the time even ending up with a bladder infection i spoken to sharon about the poor quality and was always reassured that all is well. In feb my child refused to go to school and continously cried and then she told me that a teacher hit her on hearing this i immediately phones the school and requested a copy of the camera recording to be ready for me the next morning.when i got there i was told by Sharon that she would have to go through them herself and with the outsourced company before having me view them.i freaked out as that eas bot said to me when i brought my child her. She said that she eoukd get back to me by monday but no suprise to me she didn't which made me more concerned. Then i get to school and find my child crying alone in the class as she was not well so i asked that she not ve in the wind that day however due to there not veing enough teachers she was left alone i had even and requested that my childs school fees be refunded immediately as they is no actual concern for my childs well being. Its been teo months and no mo ey has been refunded to me. I advise all parents to really check carefully on using Bush baby day care for ur child as they are not what the say they are.
