VIP CARD - WHAT A RIP-OFF

I recently open a six month Interest free account, however each month the my statement has interest listed.I have called the call center numerous times and all I get told is someone will call me back.

There are lots of hidden costs that do not get communicated to you prior to opening the account i.e initiation fees, monthly services fees,Insurance, interest etc

I have paid up the account and now want to close this account before I get ********** further, however no one can tell me how to close this account...

Very unhappy.
