bought a reasonably well priced travel bag from fraisures with \TSA approved lock"<br> on first time TSA opens - bag wont close - overseas... nothing much you can do.<br> upon returning I take bag back - January 2015....<br> dealt with unhelpful person in January - was mostly ignored<br> March 2015 - finally deal with head office - they come back to me and say not their problem - TSA didn't lock bag... they will repair at my cost... contradictory to what I was told in January.<br> product has a fundamental flaw - you may get stuck overseas and not be able to lock your bag...<br> busby and Fraisures customer service has been worse than appalling!!!! <br> I will NEVER buy from this brand again nor would I recommend to anyone else."""
