Taking double payments. Refuses to reverse

I made a payment on my busby account after being phoned to make a payment.<br> Then I receive an sms saying that a debit order will run on the 30th of the month. After phoning they refuse to stop the debit order. Thus Forcing me to go to my bank and removing the debit order.<br> <br> Please do avoid this company at all costs
