RCS Busby is becoming my nightmare!

I am so fed up right now I could curse to hell and back! I complained on this site last year coz they were making it hell for me to close my account after I settled it. Now I just pulled my credit report and they still on it! Apparently I still owe R 2 585,00 with an installment of R206.00! What part of close my account do this people do not understand? Do they know it affects my affordability if I apply for any credit at all? Now I am forced to put them on my expense list, seriously? Why are they updating with OK every month? What's ok with this whole situation? I am giving them 48hours to update on my credit report and when I pull my credit report, I want to find a closed status and R0.00 balance. This is very damaging and playing with peoples lives. It may not be the amount that matters, its the integrity in doing business. If every lender treated us like this, we will all be deemed unable to afford any credit like cars, home loans etc... things that matter in life and very much affecting our children's future! I am so done with this nonsense!
