Prescription/Closure Letter

Good day,

Im trying to get a Prescription/Closure letter for my Busby VIP account since January this year but up until today i have not received any feedback.

I have been sending email to ***, *** and i have not even received an automated response from those 2 emails. There are sign or email of anyone getting back to me for this account.

According to the NCR regulations if a debtor has not paid his account in three(3)years or more then the account is Prescribed.

This account no longer shows on my credit report either. I got my latest credit report last month from compuscan and xds and this account is not on either credit reports.

I need to get this letters asap.
