FRADULENT ACCOUNT

I just found out today that im black listed by a so called company that is called BUSBY with Acc No: ***. i do not even know who these people are and what do they even sell i dont owe them anything and when I call them on *** their numbers are engaged...im mad because i never opened an account with these people and here they are messing with my credit profile Can they just erase my name on their system as i have not taken anything from them..
