Unreliable and inaccurate website times - CAREFUL

Busbud order number *** reference for the trip: 207921

I booked this trip the day before my aunt was scheduled to travel. I booked after checking the schedule to ensure there was a bus. Busbud website confirmed the departure the Friday morning, accepted my payment, and provided the ticket and booking reference.

My aunt arrived only to be told that this bus is only on Wednesdays. why did Busbud accept my payment and provide confirmation that the bus was departing that Friday? my aunt was stuck at the departing station for a couple hours before she had to take a taxi to Mtubatuba.

The issue here is that we logged the case with Busbud on the 1st of April and to date we are still waiting for the refund.

My advice to anyone is to NOT use this platform to book tickets, for these reasons: 1. the times advertised are not consistent with the actual bus company times 2. if there are ANY problems, there is no recourse! YOU WILL LOSE MONEY
