Unfair unprofessional booking services
I booked tickets the wrong way around and selected refund ticket. After realising that I won't make it to travel with the tickets I booked I immediately requested a refund and was told I cannot be refunded. No where did it mentioned anything to that effect. I've been travelling with the bus every month end from November 2024. This is unacceptable, I want my money back from Busbud!
