took a bus from Newcastle KZN which was supposed to leave at 07:30 but ended up arriving at 08:30

took a bus from Newcastle KZN which was supposed to leave at 07:30 but ended up arriving at 08:30 . to my suprise the bus was already full and had to stand till i got to standerton to wait for someone to get off . 2 the bathroom toilets were filthy and the AC was not working properly . ti my surprise why was the bus overbooked ? And since its so early in the morning why were the bathrooms not cleaned . shocking really and then we had so many stops and we were asked for tickets and some passages paid in the bus with the driver but they were seated and i booked a night before i was standing . Eagleliner is the worst trip ever
