Terrible Service from Busbud

I booked a ticket under busbud for City liner from JHB to DBN on Saturday the 3rd of May, I spoke to an AI for City liner on their provided WhatsApp number asking for the booking time to be changed, the AI assured me that the ticket was canceled. As a result I had to book another ticket, only to find out days later when requesting my refund that the ticket was never canceled. I wrote emails to Busbud and Cityliner three days ago asking for my refund. They flat out ignored me. I went as far as attaching the messages between myself and the AI as proof but I’m just getting ignored. I’m very unhappy with Busbud and Cityliner, they were so quick to take my money now they are refusing to return it.
