Road safety complaint

I am in a “Eagle liner” bus from JHB to CPT this is too much of a mediocre. Busbud has a responsibility to remove them off their website. First of all there was no bus conductors to tell us which bus we take, And to make sure we not in a stampede on each other. 2- The roof is leaking all over 3- the bus already broke down before hand and we waited outside while it was drizzling 4- They offer same price as other busses for such nonsense, disregarding. 5- we sitting on top of each other inside the bus. It is sad because some of us don’t know about these busses, should “god forbid” be an accident? Then what’s gonna happen because it looks as though we never boarded the bus. Our luggage was not sticker(ed) on, the was over load of other things without having trailer.

Their drivers are worse, they’re not in uniform, therefore unidentifiable. I also can tell you how bot road worthy these busses are, they are not safe for public safety or use.
